“I don’t push myself too hard [in training] because it leads to injury when your body and brain aren’t fully rested,” the Morning Show star told InStyle. “I just try to do my best and find ways to make sure I get a good night’s sleep. Sleep is extraordinary. It was beautiful,” she noted.
