Jennifer Aniston’s Wellness Routine with a Nutrient-Rich Breakfast and Intensive Workouts

She’s barely put on a pound since her days starring as Rachel in Friends.

Now Jennifer Aniston, 47, has revealed how she keeps in such great shape, 12 years after the iconic NBC sitcom ended, in an interview with Well And Good this week.

And it involves a hyper-healthy breakfast followed by not one, but two daily workouts.

She dished: ‘If I’m working, I’m up at 4:30, 5 am If not, between 8 and 9 am, because I’m a late-night person. I’ll make my standard cup of hot water with a slice of lemon in there.

She fits in 10 to 20 minutes of transcendental meditation before breakfast with husband Justin Theroux, 44.

‘Usually I’ll have a shake, with some sort of pure protein, then bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable mix of dynamic greens that goes in there, maca powder, and a little cacao.
