However, Selena Gomez undoubtedly had the Baby singer in mind on Tuesday night when she attended the Rudderless premiere in Los Angeles wearing a plunging mini-dress.
The 22-year-old looked like a dazzling movie actress as she walked the red carpet, looking stunning in the skimpy outfit.
The actress and singer wore her hair in a tight bun with a precise part, her face framed by exquisite drop earrings.
Selena stood proudly in her black shoes and seemed to be having fun while posing for pictures.
She has, however, only made a few appearances in movies in recent years. The most notable ones are the action thriller Getaway starring Ethan Hawke and the criminal drama Spring Breakers costarring James Franco. However, Selena is currently showcasing her dramatic skills in Rudderless, the directorial debut of William H. Macy.
Selena plays Josh Manning’s ex-girlfriend Kate, who sadly perishes in what looks to be a mass shooting.
Earlier this year, Macy told CraveOnline, “It’s a redemption film.” You truly want Billy Crudup to be successful because he is so captivating.Jamie Chung and Laurence Fishburne also feature in the film, which debuted at the Sundance Film Festival in January. Macy plays the proprietor of the pub in a minor part.
On October 17, Ruderless opens in US theaters.
However, Selena is currently working on other projects.
