Michele was asked about the idea of nominating Rubble for the Guinness World Records, to which she gave a considerate answer. Although she acknowledged that Rubble still has a lot of life in him, she expressed her concern about exposing him to the attention and commotion that often accompanies such recognition. As Rubble is an elderly cat, Michele thinks that he would prefer spending his remaining days in peace without being disturbed or overwhelmed by visitors. Consequently, Michele and her family have decided not to take this path and let Rubble bask in tranquility during his golden years.
Cream Puff, a beloved feline who held the Guinness Record for being the oldest cat, passed away at the age of 38 years and 3 days. Although Rubble currently holds the title of oldest living cat, it’s impossible to predict how long he’ll live. Nevertheless, his owner is committed to treasuring him for as long as possible.
